Our Easy-Peasy Returns and Refund Policy
Greetings, 3D printing aficionado! We're all about making your PD3Dmfg experience smooth sailing. If your purchase doesn't quite hit the mark, fear not! Here's our straightforward return and refund policy:
- Returns Accepted: You've got a generous 30-day window from the original purchase date to return any items. Just give us a shout, and we'll guide you through the process.
- Defective Items: Despite our best efforts, the occasional hiccup may occur. If you receive a defective item, simply reach out to us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
- Non-Defective Items: Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! Return it within 30 days, and we'll issue a refund, minus a small 20% restocking fee to cover processing and restocking expenses.
- Preordered Items: Preordered treasures are exciting, but we get it if they don't hit the mark. Once your preordered item arrives at our store, you can request a refund. Please note, refunds for preordered items may take up to 10 days to process.
- Refund Process: Your refund will be whisked back to you using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
